Guide
Submitting a request first is the standard flow. Go to My Page › Forwarding request, enter the item details, the local tracking number from the seller, and the destination country and address, then submit. You get an order number, and when the parcel reaches our warehouse we match it to your request, then receive and inspect it. Parcels that arrive without a request are held as unclaimed parcels — if one is yours, confirm it and submit a request so we can continue.
With the buying service we purchase the item from the store on your behalf. With package forwarding you buy it yourself, have it delivered to our warehouse address, and we forward it to the recipient.
We charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 6000). Rates differ by warehouse and shipping method (air, sea, LCL). You can estimate it in Guide › Shipping rates before you order.
Check 'Recent shipments' on your My Page dashboard, or the Forwarding › Status page for live updates. Tap a local tracking number to open the courier tracking page.
Yes. On the Storage page, select the items held at the warehouse and request dispatch together — consolidating them into one box lowers your shipping cost. Only items in the same warehouse going to the same recipient can be combined.
Imports into Korea require the recipient's own personal customs clearance code (PCCC). It is issued free of charge by Korea Customs (UNI-PASS). For other destinations we ask for that country's tax or customs number instead, if one is required.
When a store does not accept your card. Request the payment service and our staff will pay the seller on your behalf.
If our inspection finds damage or anything that needs your decision, the order card on My Page is flagged as an issue and you choose how to proceed — ignore, fix, or return.
